Kobus van der Merwe gained his experience in Executive Human Resources and General Management roles in large national and multinational corporations specializing in human resource management and training and education. He has obtained qualifications from Graduate Schools of Business and Universities in South Africa with focus on Psychology, Sociology and Education, a National Diploma in Education, a post graduate Diploma in Labour relations and the AAC Advanced Management program(Gibbs).

Your Circadian Rhythm makes you sleep at certain times a day, regardless of how much you slept. We will share with you the most dangerous times in your shift roster and monitor against government regulations.
